Section 129 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Notice of President’s decision

(1) This section applies if: (a) a person applies to refer a decision of the Tribunal (the Tribunal decision) to the guidance and appeals panel; and (b) the President decides to refer the Tribunal decision to the guidance and appeals panel or refuse the application. (2) The President must give notice of the President’s decision orally or in writing to the following: (a) the person; (b) the decision-maker for the decision affirmed, varied or set aside by the Tribunal decision; (c) any other party to the proceeding in which the Tribunal decision is made.
