Section 140 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Applications for decisions to be reviewed again

When this section applies (1) This section applies in relation to an intelligence and security decision, other than an exempt security record decision. Application for decision to be reviewed again (2) If the Tribunal has reviewed the decision, the person who applied for the review may apply to the Tribunal for the decision to be reviewed again. (3) The Tribunal must dismiss the application unless the Tribunal is satisfied that: (a) further evidence of material significance has become available; and (b) the further evidence was not available at the time of the initial review.
