Section 160 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Protecting identities of persons giving evidence

When this section applies (1) This section applies in relation to a proceeding in the Intelligence and Security jurisdictional area. Protecting identities (2) The Tribunal must do all things necessary to ensure that the identity of a person is not revealed if: (a) the person gives, or is to give, evidence on behalf of an agency within the national intelligence community; and (b) the head of the agency requests that the identity of the person is not revealed.
