Section 183 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Constitution of Tribunal

(1) The Tribunal does not need to be constituted for the review by the person or persons who made the decision. (2) To avoid doubt, constituting the Tribunal for the review is not a reconstitution for the purposes of Subdivision D of Division 4 of Part 4 (reconstitution).
