Section 184 β Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Tribunal may rely on previous proceedings

The Tribunal may have regard to: (a) any record of the proceeding in the Tribunal prior to the appeal (including a record of any evidence taken in the proceeding); and (b) any document or thing relating to the proceeding given to the Tribunal prior to the appeal; unless doing so would be inconsistent with the directions of the court.
