Section 210 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Appointment of a Judge not to affect tenure etc.

(1) The appointment of a Judge as a member, or service by a Judge as a member, does not affect: (a) the Judge’s tenure of office as a Judge; or (b) the Judge’s rank, title, status, precedence, salary, annual or other allowances or other rights or privileges as the holder of the Judge’s office as a Judge. (2) For all purposes, the Judge’s service as a member is taken to be service as a Judge. (3) A member who is a Judge ceases to hold office as a member if the member ceases to be a Judge.
