Section 24 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Decision-maker must give Tribunal additional statement if Tribunal requires—general rule

(1) This section applies if a decision-maker for a decision has given the Tribunal a statement of reasons for the decision under section 23. (2) The Tribunal may order the decision-maker to give the Tribunal, within the period specified in the order, a statement containing further information in relation to any one or more of the following: (a) findings on material questions of fact in relation to the decision; (b) evidence or other material on which the findings were based; (c) reasons for the decision.
