Section 241 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Application of finance law

For the purposes of the finance law (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013): (a) the following group of persons is a listed entity: (i) the Principal Registrar; (ii) the staff members; (iii) persons engaged under subsection 90(1); (iv) consultants engaged under section 240; and (b) the listed entity is to be known as the Administrative Review Tribunal; and (c) the Principal Registrar is the accountable authority of the listed entity; and (d) the persons mentioned in paragraph (a) are officials of the listed entity; and (e) the purposes of the listed entity include the functions of the Principal Registrar mentioned in section 226.
