Section 247 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Membership of Council

(1) The Administrative Review Council consists of the following members: (a) the President; (b) the Commonwealth Ombudsman; (c) the Australian Information Commissioner; (d) at least 3, but not more than 10, other members. (2) The performance or exercise of the functions or powers of the Council is not affected by reason of the number of appointed members falling below 3 for less than 6 months.
