Section 26 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Decision-maker must give Tribunal additional documents on request—general rule

(1) If, at any time during the Tribunal’s review of a decision, the Tribunal is satisfied that a document that may be relevant to the review is in the possession or under the control of the decision-maker, the Tribunal may request the decision-maker to give a copy of the document to the Tribunal within a specified period. (2) The request may relate to a particular document or documents in a class of documents. (3) If the document is in the possession or under the control of the decision-maker, the decision-maker must give the Tribunal a copy of the document within the specified period.
