Section 48 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: After Tribunal is reconstituted

If the President reconstitutes the Tribunal for the purposes of a proceeding, the Tribunal as reconstituted: (a) must continue the proceeding; and (b) may have regard to: (i) any record of the proceeding before the Tribunal as previously constituted (including a record of any evidence taken in the proceeding); and (ii) any document or thing relating to the proceeding given to the Tribunal as previously constituted.
