Section 49 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Tribunal has discretion in relation to procedure

(1) The procedure of the Tribunal in a proceeding is within the discretion of the Tribunal. (2) In exercising its discretion, the Tribunal must have regard to the circumstances of the proceeding. (3) Subsections (1) and (2) are subject to this Act and the rules.
