Section 50 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Tribunal is to act informally etc.

(1) In a proceeding, the Tribunal must act with as little formality and technicality as a proper consideration of the matters before the Tribunal permits. (2) Subsection (1) is subject to this Act and the rules.
