Section 64 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Rules may deal with elections in relation to participation

(1) The rules may provide for or in relation to: (a) the operation of sections 60 to 63; and (b) the operation of this Part in relation to parties who are or who have been non-participating parties to proceedings or Tribunal case events. (2) Without limiting the scope of rules that may be made for the purposes of subsection (1), the rules may provide for the following: (a) requirements for giving election notices or participation notices; (b) publication of election notices or participation notices; (c) matters relating to steps in a proceeding taken while a person is a non-participating party to the proceeding or a Tribunal case event in relation to the proceeding.
