Section 95 — Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024: Applicant may withdraw application

(1) The applicant may, at any time, by: (a) giving written notice to the Tribunal; or (b) notifying the Tribunal in any other manner specified for the application in the practice directions; withdraw an application made to the Tribunal. (2) If the applicant withdraws the application, the Tribunal is taken to have dismissed the application.
