Section 30 — Age Discrimination Act 2004: Land

(1) It is unlawful for a person, whether as principal or agent, to discriminate against another person on the ground of the other person’s age: (a) by refusing or failing to dispose of an estate or interest in land to the other person; or (b) in the terms or conditions on which an estate or interest in land is offered to the other person. Exemption for disposal by will or by way of gift (2) This section does not apply in relation to a disposal of an estate or interest in land by will or by way of gift.
