Section 35 — Age Discrimination Act 2004: Religious bodies

This Part does not affect an act or practice of a body established for religious purposes that: (a) conforms to the doctrines, tenets or beliefs of that religion; or (b) is necessary to avoid injury to the religious sensitivities of adherents of that religion.
