Section 46 — Age Discrimination Act 2004: Notice of decisions to be published

(1) The Commission, not later than one month after it makes a decision under section 44, is to cause to be published in the Gazette a notice of the making of the decision: (a) setting out its findings on material questions of facts; and (b) referring to the evidence on which those findings were based; and (c) giving the reasons for the making of the decision; and (d) containing a statement to the effect that, subject to the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024, application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of the decision to which the notice relates by or on behalf of any person or persons whose interests are affected by the decision. (2) Any failure to comply with the requirements of subsection (1) in relation to a decision does not affect the validity of the decision.
