Section 35Q — Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986: Reports

(1) If the Commission has undertaken an inquiry into a matter under this Division, the Commission may do either or both of the following: (a) report to the Minister in relation to the inquiry; (b) publish a report in relation to the inquiry. (2) The Commission may include in its report any recommendations by the Commission for addressing the matter.
