Section 46PN — Australian Human Rights Commission Act 1986: False or misleading information

A person must not give information or make a statement to the Commission, to the President or to any other person exercising powers or performing functions under this Act, knowing that the information or statement is false or misleading in a material particular. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
