Section 129A — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Eligible judges

(1) A judge of the Court may, by writing, consent to be declared by the Minister under subsection (2). (2) The Minister may, by writing, declare a judge of the Court whose consent is in force under subsection (1) to be an eligible judge for the purposes of this Act. (3) An eligible judge has, in relation to the power to issue a warrant under section 130, the same protection and immunity as a Justice of the High Court has in relation to proceedings in the High Court.
