Section 139ZIK — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Interim injunctions

Grant of interim injunction (1) If an application is made to the Court for an injunction under section 139ZIJ, the Court may, before considering the application, grant an interim injunction restraining a bankrupt from engaging in conduct of a kind referred to in that section. No undertakings as to damages (2) The Court is not to require an applicant for an injunction under section 139ZIJ, as a condition of granting an interim injunction, to give any undertakings as to damages.
