Section 149Q — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Review of decisions

An application may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal for the review of: (a) a decision of the Inspector-General on the review of a decision of the trustee to file a notice of objection; or (b) a decision of the Inspector-General refusing a request to review a decision of the trustee to file a notice of objection.
