Section 152 — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Discharged bankrupt to give assistance

A discharged bankrupt must, even though discharged, give such assistance as the trustee reasonably requires in the realization and distribution of such of his or her property as is vested in the trustee. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
