Section 186P — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Cessation of registration as a debt agreement administrator—no refund of fees

(1) This section applies if a person ceases to be registered as a debt agreement administrator. (2) The person is not entitled to a refund of all or part of a fee paid by the person in relation to the person’s registration as a debt agreement administrator.
