Section 278 — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Interpretation

In this Part: Estate Charges Act means the Bankruptcy (Estate Charges) Act 1997. interest charge means charge imposed by Part 2 of the Estate Charges Act. late payment penalty means penalty payable under subsection 281(1). realisations charge means charge imposed by Part 3 of the Estate Charges Act.
