Section 279 — Bankruptcy Act 1966: Administration of, and powers and functions in relation to, the Charges Acts

(1) The Inspector-General has the general administration of the Estate Charges Act. (2) A reference to “this Act” in section 12 or 77AA of this Act is taken to include a reference to the Estate Charges Act.
