Section 143A — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Simplified outline

The following is a simplified outline of this Division: • A court may dismiss, or make orders in respect of, a frivolous or vexatious proceeding. • A decision of a court becomes final at the end of the period for appealing against the decision if no appeal is made. • The Registrar may intervene in any proceeding under this Act.
