Section 23 — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Application requirements generally

An application for administrative assessment of child support is properly made if it complies with the following provisions: (a) section 24 (Children in relation to whom applications may be made); (b) section 25 (Persons who may apply—parents); (c) section 25A (Persons who may apply—non-parent carers); (d) Section 27 (Formal requirements for applications).
