Section 30 — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Decision on application

Text of the provision Official document

(1) If the Registrar is satisfied that an application has been properly made for administrative assessment of child support for a child, the Registrar must accept the application. (2) If the Registrar is not so satisfied, the Registrar may refuse to accept the application. (3) This section is subject to sections 30A and 30B.
