Section 72 — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Validity of assessments

Except in an ART review within the meaning of the Registration and Collection Act, or an appeal under Part 7 of the ART Act in relation to such a review, the validity of an assessment is not affected because any of the provisions of this Act have not been complied with.
