Section 88 — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Application requirements generally

An application for acceptance by the Registrar of an agreement made in relation to a child is properly made if: (a) either: (i) the agreement is a child support agreement; or (ii) the agreement is a termination agreement or a written agreement referred to in paragraph 80G(1)(b); and (b) the application complies with section 89.
