Section 89 — Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989: Formal requirement for applications

An application for acceptance by the Registrar of an agreement made in relation to a child must be made in the manner specified by the Registrar. Note: Section 150A provides for the Registrar to specify the manner in which an application may be made.
