Section 100H — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Tribunal may dismiss applications if applicants fail to comply with order etc.

The Tribunal may dismiss an application for review made to the Tribunal under subsection 100C(1) if the applicant fails to comply with: (a) this Act; or (b) an order of the Tribunal in relation to the proceedings for review.
