Section 110 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Representation

In proceedings before the Tribunal: (a) a natural person may appear in person; (aa) a person other than a body corporate may be represented by an employee of the person approved by the Tribunal; (b) a body corporate may be represented by an employee, or a director or other officer, of the body corporate approved by the Tribunal; (c) an unincorporated association of persons or a member of an unincorporated association of persons may be represented by a member or officer of the association approved by the Tribunal; and (d) any person may be represented by a barrister or a solicitor of the Supreme Court of a State or Territory or of the High Court.
