Section 117 — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Revocation of permanent bans

Text of the provision Official document

If the Commonwealth Minister imposes a permanent ban: (a) the Commonwealth Minister may, by written notice published on the internet, revoke the ban at any time; and (b) the ban ceases to be in force on the day specified by the Commonwealth Minister in the notice.
