Section 132B — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Commonwealth Minister to be notified if no person wishes a conference to be held

Text of the provision Official document

(1) If no person notifies the Commission in accordance with a proposed ban notice, or a proposed recall notice, that the person wishes the Commission to hold a conference, the Commission must, in writing, notify the Commonwealth Minister of that fact. (2) A notice under subsection (1) is not a legislative instrument.
