Section 135M — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Receipts for seized consumer goods and equipment

(1) If consumer goods are seized under a search warrant, an inspector must provide a receipt for the goods. (2) If equipment is seized under a search warrant, an inspector must provide a receipt for the equipment. (3) One receipt may cover: (a) consumer goods and equipment that have been so seized; and (b) 2 or more kinds of consumer goods or equipment that have been so seized.
