Section 151AK — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: The competition rule

(1) A carrier or carriage service provider must not engage in anti-competitive conduct. (2) For the purposes of this Part, the rule set out in subsection (1) is to be known as the competition rule. Note: For enforcement of the competition rule, see Division 7.
