Section 151AN — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Evidentiary effect of competition notice

(1) In any proceedings under, or arising out of, this Part, a Part B competition notice is prima facie evidence of the matters in the notice. (2) A document purporting to be a competition notice must, unless the contrary is established, be taken to be a competition notice and to have been properly issued. (3) The Commission may certify that a document is a copy of a competition notice. (4) This section applies to the certified copy as if it were the original.
