Section 151AOB — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Revocation of competition notice

Text of the provision Official document

(1) The Commission may revoke a competition notice. (2) If a competition notice is revoked, the Commission must give the carrier or carriage service provider concerned a written notice stating that the notice has been revoked.
