Section 151AS — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Exemption orders

Text of the provision Official document

(1) A person may apply to the Commission for an order exempting specified conduct of the person from the scope of section 151AJ (which deals with anti-competitive conduct). The order is called an exemption order. (2) An exemption order is not invalid only because the conduct specified in the order is conduct of a kind that, apart from the order, is outside the scope of section 151AJ (which deals with anti-competitive conduct).
