Section 151AU — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Further information
Text of the provision Official document
(1) The Commission may request an applicant for an exemption order to give the Commission further information about the application. (2) The Commission may refuse to consider the application until the applicant gives the Commission the information. (3) The Commission may withdraw its request for further information, in whole or in part.
