Section 151CMB — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Confidential reports about competition in the telecommunications industry

(1) The Commission must monitor, and report to the Minister on, such matters relating to competition in the telecommunications industry as are specified in a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of this subsection. Note: For examples of matters that may be specified in a determination under subsection (1), see section 151CMC. (2) Reports under subsection (1) are to be given to the Minister in respect of such regular intervals as are specified in a determination made by the Minister for the purposes of this subsection. (3) The Commission must give a report under subsection (1) to the Minister as soon as practicable after the end of the regular interval to which the report relates. (4) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make a determination for the purposes of subsection (1) or (2). (5) In this section: telecommunications industry has the same meaning as in the Telecommunications Act 1997.
