Section 152AXA — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Statement of reasons for decision—specification of documents

If the Commission: (a) makes a decision under section 152ATA; and (b) gives a person a written statement setting out the reasons for the decision; the statement must specify the documents that the Commission examined in the course of making the decision.
