Section 152BCC — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Access agreements prevail over inconsistent access determinations

If an access determination is applicable to the following parties: (a) a carrier or carriage service provider; (b) an access seeker; the access determination has no effect to the extent to which it is inconsistent with an access agreement that is applicable to those parties.
