Section 152BCP — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Service provider rule

(1) In addition to the rules mentioned in section 98 of the Telecommunications Act 1997, the rule set out in subsection (2) of this section is a service provider rule for the purposes of that Act. (2) A carriage service provider must comply with any access determinations that are applicable to the provider.
