Section 152BDC — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Duration of binding rules of conduct

(1) Binding rules of conduct come into force on the day specified in the rules as the day on which the rules are to come into force. (2) Binding rules of conduct must specify an expiry date for the rules. (3) An expiry date must occur in the 12-month period beginning when the rules were made. (4) Unless sooner revoked, binding rules of conduct cease to be in force on the expiry date for the rules.
