Section 152CBF — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Duration of access undertaking

(1) This section applies if a person gives the Commission a special access undertaking relating to a service. (2) If the Commission accepts the undertaking: (a) the undertaking comes into operation at the time of acceptance; and (b) the undertaking continues in operation until: (i) it expires; or (ii) it is withdrawn as mentioned in section 152CBI; even if, in the case of an undertaking covered by subsection 152CBA(3), the service becomes an active declared service. (3) In this section: active declared service has the same meaning as in section 152AR (disregarding subsection 152AL(7)).
