Section 152CI — Competition and Consumer Act 2010: Undertakings, access determinations and binding rules of conduct that are inconsistent with Ministerial pricing determinations

(1) If a provision of an access undertaking is inconsistent with any Ministerial pricing determination, the provision has no effect to the extent of the inconsistency. (2) If a provision of an access determination is inconsistent with any Ministerial pricing determination, the provision has no effect to the extent of the inconsistency. (3) If a provision of binding rules of conduct is inconsistent with any Ministerial pricing determination, the provision has no effect to the extent of the inconsistency.
